Here is some food for thought. While we try to eat healthy food, we often neglect other important aspects of our wellbeing. Eating healthy is not enough; we must also think healthy. We eat well, but we also smoke, drink, and take drugs, and we are angry and negative. We need to change these things to be truly healthy. Words can be unhealthy too; we need to learn how to speak and treat each other. And last but not least, is all the healthy food truly healthy at all? Is a perfect red tomato from the supermarket really healthy? Perhaps some, but certainly not all.
